We’ll guide you through everything in advance — from recommending beverage types and quantities, to glassware and setup advice — so you can relax knowing the bar is sorted.

What’s included:

Comprehensive pre-event support (drink planning, glassware and service recommendations).

Two experienced bar staff for up to 11 hours (typically arriving 1.5 hours before guest arrival and finishing 30 minutes after your event ends).

Bar service from a dedicated bar area, with the option of bridal table service during dinner.

Bar kit provided (knives, boards, bottle openers, tea towels, spray wipes, etc.).

Continuous clearing of used glassware from guest areas.

Bar closed 30 minutes prior to the official end time to allow for smooth pack-down.

End-of-night cleanup: we’ll tidy the bar area, sort recycling, and pack unopened beverages for collection by the bridal party.

Glassware will be neatly stacked back into hire crates/boxes (note: we don’t wash glassware).
Client responsibilities:

Provide chilled drinks stored near the bar area (fridge or chiller trailer).

Supply glassware to the bar area.

Prep and provide garnishes (stored in fridges or at the bar).
Pricing:

$1,200 flat rate (up to 11 hours) + travel.
